STEP 1: SIGN IN | ||
1. THIS SITE IS FOR PROFESSIONAL WHOLESALE CLIENTS. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A USER NAME AND PASSWORD, YOU MUST BE A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST. YOU CAN FILL OUT THE FORM ON THE NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION PAGE AND SUBMIT FOR VERIFICATION. 2. One we recieve your information from the completed New Customer Registration Form we will contact you and assign a user name (your email address) and your unique password to order online. Please call us with any questions you might have about our site, or completing the form. We are available by phone Monday - Friday Central Standard time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at 800-447-2718. |

STEP 2: PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER |

| 1. Once you are assigned your user name and password you will be able to use the shopping cart using Master Card or Visa.
2. After you place your order, you will recieve an email confirmation from us. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is filled and shipment is ready. All orders are processed at our company headquarters in Skokie Illinois during our normal working hours of Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time. You will be contacted by phone or email about the status and amount of your total order including shipping. At that time we will request your three digit security code on your credit card. |
