We require registration and proof that you are a licensed cosmetologist or salon owner, your billing and shipping address, phone and email so that we may provide you with a superior shopping experience and communication style informing you about our products, services and promotions. The information you provide us in the registration form is used solely for the purposes of billing and shipping your orders and our communication with you as a provider of wholesale beauty supplies, equipment and furniture. Creative Beauty Concepts will never give, lease or sell your personal information.
Shipping
Creative Beauty Concepts ships by UPS Ground, unless the client specifies express shipping. The shipping charges are calculated by weight using the standard UPS shipping rates charged per zone, box size and weight. Your order is not processed immediately online. The shipping charges are calculated once the order is processed and weighed. Orders are processed during the normal business hours of Creative Beauty Concepts, Skokie, Illinois, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the order is processed.
Return Policy
Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning your shipment or the box will not be accepted. To make a claim and receive a Return Authorization Number,, call Creative Beauty Concepts at 800-447-2718 or 847-676-1950. Un-used products must be returned in their original box/packaging. Merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange only within 30 days of purchase. For health reasons liquid products and hair burshes may not be returned. Creative Beauty Concepts reserves the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Out bound shipping charges will not be refunded.
Appliance Warranty and Repair Service
Creative Beauty Concepts endorses manufacturers warranty. Our in house factory trained service technicians can repair or replace your appliance purchased from Creative Beauty Concepts.

• For service under warranty send in check for $15.00 with your applicance including proof of purchase. (Warranty is for items within 1 year of purchase date. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
• For long term Service, normal wear and tear and non warranty: Send $35.00 for complete overhaul including return shipping.
• With all repair items include a note with your return address information and contact phone describing the contents and requests.
• Payment: Make all checks payable to Creative Beauty Concepts. You may specifiy that we call you with charges for credit card usage.
